A bunch of consignments from morning, requisition call, communication with 7-10 countries , payment of huge suppliers, audit related procedures. All in all, my mind alarmed me at afternoon that, Today is my 2 years anniversary of working life. Addition or subtraction is not the actual fact of life, I never calculate these. As much as I do my job properly and at the end of the day I am satisfied with my service, whether the user is satisfied thats my success. There is a big difference between working 55 people together in a huge established group in Bangladesh and looking for straw while swimming alone in a sea in Kenya. This is the very big challenge for me. Alhamdulillah(Praise to GOD), I believe that If the culture of a place is all right then everything alright And ruining the culture means ruining everything.  Literally disaster to whole organization. There are a lots of thing what can we relate with another events. In our life everyday is blessing. We are watching, listening, using our super fast brain and indeed we slept for restarting.  Where there are lots of chance for hardship and bad days. Everything is not in your control. Just leave it and go with it.  But remember one thing never loss your personality if your are ethically good at.  Famous quotes we found, ''everything is fair in love & war'.' At the time you are missing something that affects your value, raise your voice and negotiate .  Most of us are not concern of negotiations, but everything lies on it. negotiate in personal life, in family life, at corporate life even at any society. Be at win-win situation, where no one wants to be defeated.  Above all, listen to your heart. Never run after money. At the end of the day, self satisfaction is everything.  Live for yourself not for society.
